Returns and Refunds Policy

WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER PLEASE OPEN CAREFULLY AND KEEP ALL PACKAGING

Our Refund Policy is all Items MUST be returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING in perfect condition.

IMPORTANT

If you wish to make a return, please email us first before posting at sales@jrbgolfclothing.co.uk

Please note:-

Items must be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging. 

All items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date. 

Refunds

We do not want you to accept anything which you are not completely satisfied with. If you are not completely satisfied with any item that you receive you may return it within 30 days in the original packaging. We can either refund or replace an item with which you are not satisfied. If you return any garments to us in perfect condition, we will refund you in full for those item/s. Returns that are unsaleable may be rejected. Your statutory rights remain.

Part Returns

We refund you the cost of the item/s, in the case of a part return of an order we would ask you to return that at your expense as you will have had a successful part delivery made. Please send the parcel back via Standard 2nd Class Parcel Post which is currently charged at £3.69. You do not need to use a signed or premium service.

Full Returns

You have 2 options

1.    We send you an addressed Prepaid Returns Label

We refund you the cost of the item/s and send you an addressed prepaid returns postage label, value £3.59, for you to print and apply to your parcel and drop off at your local post office.

2.  You make arrangements to send your own parcel back

We refund you the cost of the item/s and refund you £3.95 (our standard delivery charge) for postage and you can send your parcel back via Standard 2nd Class Parcel Post which is currently charged at £3.69. You do not need to use a signed or premium service. A Post Office 'Small Parcel' should suit nearly all returns as they allow: 45cm Long, 35cm Wide and 16cm high (Weight 2kg).
